Recess is changing the landscape of fetes in St Vincent by focusing exclusively on teenagers and giving them a mind-blowing experience. We are raising the bar, ensuring that youths get to enjoy a similar or event better Carnival event than the ones their parents or older relatives go to. This is our first year, but we intend to go hard. You can buy tickets online, or from your secondary school, or distribution outlets around the country. Don’t miss out. See you there.
Our story
Recess was born out of a simple idea: teens deserve their own space to celebrate during the biggest cultural season in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. What started as a passion project quickly grew into a full-scale event supported by schools and vendors across the island. We’re kicking off the first edition in 2025 and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create an annual teen-focused celebration that blends fun, creativity, and Caribbean pride.
